Our programs

Practical help with the necessities of life.

Every program relieves poverty by providing food, clothing, shelter support or essential household items to people who cannot afford them.

  • Seasonal clothing for adults and children
  • Hygiene and personal care kits

  • Kitchen items, cookware and small appliances
  • Delivery to the family's home

Who it is for

  • Families moving out of shelters
  • Newcomers setting up their first home
  • Low-income households with urgent needs

  • Emergency food and clothing
  • Essential household replacement items
  • Hygiene and baby supplies
  • Connection to longer-term support services

Who it is for

  • Low-income households affected by fire or flood
  • Families facing sudden loss of income
  • People referred by social service agencies
  • Individuals in urgent need of basics
How it works

From request to relief.

  1. Reach out

Apply through our Get Help form, or be referred by a community agency.

  2. Confirm need

We review the request against our eligibility criteria, confidentially.

  3. Provide support

We arrange food, clothing, essentials or delivery as quickly as we can.

  4. Follow up

We check in and connect people with longer-term services where helpful.

Together, we can make sure no one in Canada goes without the basics.
